"나는 남의 그림을 대할 때도 처음부터 어떻게 그려져 있는가에 관심이 쏠리지 무엇이 그려져 있는가 에는 관심이 없다. 개성은 나의 버릇과 때를 한 겹 한 겹 벗겨 나가면 드러나는 거라고 믿고 지금까지 작업을 해왔다. 지금까지 어느 정도 내 개성이 드러났는지 모르지만, 계속 노력해 나갈 것이다."<br><br>작가는 구상과 비구상을 따로 생각하지 않고, 가능하면 구상성과 추상성이 균형 잡힌 그림을 그리고자 한다. 그는 장미의 화가로 불릴 정도로 장미를 많이 그렸지만, 단 한 번도 장미라는 물질적 속성을 생각해 본 일이 없다고 말한다. 단지 그에게는 화폭에 어떻게 조형성을 심어 가느냐의 문제일 뿐이었다. 그는 무엇이 아니라 어떻게 그리는가에 주력하며 소재보다 그것을 표현하려는 조형 의지를 중요시 여긴다.

Additional fees may apply for unique delivery circumstances such as no-elevator (walk-up) buildings, ladder truck requirements, etc.

Parcel delivery is only available for select items at a fee of KRW 5,000 (KRW 10,000 for remote regions or Jeju Island.) Parcel delivery may not be available depending on the weight and value of item(s).
Luxury goods and musical instruments must be collected in person.
For in-person pickups, please contact your specialist by 5 pm of the day before to reserve pickup. (For weekends and holidays, pickup must be reserved by Friday or the last prior business day.)

- Prior appointment is mandatory for in-person collection.

Storage

A storage fee of KRW 30,000 per day will be charged for each lot that has not been collected 7 calendar days after purchase, regardless of whether the purchase price has been rendered in full.
