Objects purchased in online auctions must be collected in person. Shipping may be requested if in-person collection is not possible. Shipping fees will be charged as below.

If more than one item is purchased in the same auction, a fee of KRW 10,000 per item will be charged for each additional item (limited to the same location / same time). Ex) Three items delivered within Seoul : KRW 50,000 + 10,000 + 10,000 = KRW 70,000

Additional fees may apply for unique delivery circumstances such as no-elevator (walk-up) buildings, ladder truck requirements, etc.

Parcel delivery is only available for select items at a fee of KRW 5,000 (KRW 10,000 for remote regions or Jeju Island.) Parcel delivery may not be available depending on the weight and value of item(s).
Luxury goods and musical instruments must be collected in person.
For in-person pickups, please contact your specialist by 5 pm of the day before to reserve pickup. (For weekends and holidays, pickup must be reserved by Friday or the last prior business day.)
- Pick-up available : Mon-Sun 10:30 am - 12:00 pm / 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm
- Prior appointment is mandatory for in-person collection.
- Standard passenger vehicles can accommodate artworks up to 90x120cm. Please take the measurements of your vehicle and the artwork into consideration.

For liquor, luxury goods, luxury goods/jewely and corporate collection lots, the bid increment will be KRW 10,000 for bid amounts less than KRW 100,000.

Installation

For our winning bid only, you can request the installation at the time of delivery, and advance reservations are required.

Storage

A storage fee of KRW 30,000 per day will be charged for each lot that has not been collected 7 calendar days after purchase, regardless of whether the purchase price has been rendered in full.

Important Notices for Online Bidding

For successful bids, a buyer’s premium (excluding VAT) and buyer’s expenses (if applicable) will be charged in addition to the hammer price.
All lots are sold “as is” and the bidder shall be responsible for viewing the lot in person beforehand. All bids are irrevocable and may not be retracted based on the condition of the artwork or frame.
Please bid carefully as a Buyer Withdrawal Fee of 30% of the hammer price must be paid in order to cancel a winning bid.
If a bid is placed within the last 30 seconds, the closing time for that lot will be extended by an additional 30 seconds.
Bidders bidding on the Lots considered to be traditional Koreas relices and treasures must fully understand the terms of Korea Culture Heritage Properties Protection Law, which prohibits exportation of such Lot.
